Top-rated global sports betting provider 7BALL , Kambi Group plc, has announced a contract extension has been signed with DraftKings. The two companies signed a multi-state option, which allows the partnership to be viable via eight additional states.
Moving Forward:
Kambi and DraftKings were already working together in New Jersey, with the terms of the deal securing the current partnership in the region. The two will also be able to provide services in additional states with the deal including Colorado, West Virginia, Indiana, Tennessee, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Maine and New York.

Chief Executive Officer for Kambi, Krisian Nylén commented on the new deal by stating: “Over the course of the past 12 months, Kambi and DraftKings have developed a symbiotic relationship, working closely together to deliver a high-quality sportsbook, which has only improved over time.
“I’m delighted the extension of our relationship through this new agreement will enable players in other states to enjoy the same exciting sports betting experiences that have helped DraftKings become a market leader in New Jersey.”
Chief Executive Officer of DraftKings, Jason Robins, also commented that the Kambi Group has been a key partner for the company, providing backend technology for sports betting that allows the company to offer an engaging product for their customers within a very competitive market.
Penn National Deal:
The extension comes just a few days after Kambi announced a deal with Penn National Gaming. With this deal, the sportsbook platform will be integrated within jurisdictions that have existing legislation regarding sports betting.
Penn National currently operates 40 gaming venues in 19 states within the US. Of that number, eight are located in areas where sports betting is legalized.
